I’m Sabrina Noto, an enterprise agile coach, entrepreneur, and advocate for meaningful transformation in the workplace. With over a decade of experience leading full-scale agile transformations, I specialise in helping organisations improve customer delivery, create better working environments, and strengthen leadership for long-term success.
My journey into agile wasn’t just about frameworks and methodologies—it was about people. Early in my career, I saw first-hand how rigid structures and outdated processes stifled innovation, frustrated teams, and left organisations struggling to adapt in an ever-changing world. I knew there had to be a better way. Agile, with its emphasis on collaboration, adaptability, and delivering real value, became the answer. It wasn’t just a methodology—it was a mindset shift that empowered teams, fostered creativity, and unlocked potential at every level of an organisation.
This passion led me to establish Direct Agile Ltd, where I work with businesses to implement lean portfolio management, quarterly planning, and scaled agile frameworks, helping them not only transform processes but also build cultures of continuous improvement. Beyond my consultancy work, I co-founded Agile World News, a platform dedicated to sharing insights, trends, and discussions that shape the agile community. I’m also actively involved in Agile World Charity, where I support initiatives that make agile knowledge accessible to all.
But beyond my professional world, I’m a firm believer in continuous learning, resilience, and having a sense of humour even in the toughest transformations. I share my life with two miniature smooth-haired dachshunds, Izzabella and Annabella, who bring their own unique brand of agility to my daily routine. Whether I’m coaching executives, guiding teams through change, or walking on the beach with my dogs, my goal is always the same—creating environments where people and ideas thrive.
